The Role

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the HR Operations team by delivering high‑quality administrative and recruitment support across the employee lifecycle. You’ll help ensure our processes run smoothly, our data remains accurate, and our candidates and employees receive a consistent, professional and positive experience. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Attraction

• Coordinate interviews and assessments, prepare offer paperwork and manage pre‑employment checks.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and support hiring managers with ATS queries and updates.

• Publish job adverts and support recruitment campaigns in line with brand guidelines.

Onboarding & HR Administration

• Support new starter onboarding, including conducting the HR Company Induction.

• Process employee lifecycle changes such as new joiners, leavers and transfers, ensuring accurate documentation.

• Maintain HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy and strong audit trails.

Employee Support & Communication

• Manage the HR and Recruitment inbox, providing timely responses and escalating queries where appropriate.

• Provide clear and professional HR correspondence and support internal communications.

• Offer note‑taking support in sensitive meetings when required.

Data & Continuous Improvement

• Produce reports and updates from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS to support decision‑making.

• Maintain and update HR process notes to improve consistency and efficiency.

• Support ongoing HR improvement activity across the team.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a HR or administrative role

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Confident communicator with a professional approach

• Comfortable working with HR systems and MS Office applications

• A collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.

• CIPD or Business Admin Level 3 (or working towards) is desirable

Security Clearance Statement

Due to the nature of the work that we do, many of our roles are subject to security restrictions. This role requires you to be a UK National and achieve Security Clearance (SC) without any caveats. It would be advantageous if currently held, however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance prior to commencing employment.
